The team here was very helpful. Plenty of parking available in a nice part of the neighborhood. There was no one in the store and no line which was nice. I will be returning to ship more. Amazon returns from here would recommend.

My girlfriend is a care giver and had to go here to fax some documents for one of her clients, its something she hasn't had to do before so she was unfamiliar with how it worked. The woman that was working there, Shannon, was very rude and not helpful at all. She was very disrespectful with how she treated her. She messed up the stack of documents she had there. She was very unprofessional and should not be in customer service if she can't handle working with customers. If you see Shannon working in there just go somewhere else or wait till you can be helped by another person.

I had a two piece Amazon return and went to this location. The lady would only take one part of my return, saying it only states one of the items even though it was for 2 items. I believed her and then a few weeks later I got a message from Amazon saying the second item was never received so my refund that was given would be reversed if I didn’t return the item. I went back in and let them know what happened but the lady there argued with me… ARGUED that I was wrong and they are right. I tried to explain it again but she wouldn’t listen. I’m sure hundreds people with returns having multiple Amazon items under same QR code are affected. It’s the older lady with shoulder length grey hair. The two younger ladies are nice. Just read a few of the other reviews.. apparently this older lady just needs to go bye bye.
