I needed to return an item to Temu. The UPS Store received my package & scanned my provided QR code to print the return shipping label & gave me a receipt. Very quick, Thank you!

There is a clerk at this store, I don’t know her name but every time I go in, she is efficient, quick, and most helpful. Hard to find in customer service these days. So much appreciated in this busy life!

Paid $80 on a Monday before 3pm to send an envelope to AZ with the fastest shipping possible… I was then told because my delivery destination uses a PO Box that they have to send it USPS. I figured that would be okay since USPS has some quick shipment options too. My shipment didn’t even get received/given to USPS until Wednesday and now delivery is for Thursday. Don’t know why I paid $80 to UPS if my mail wasn’t going to be treated as priority. Next time just go straight to USPS, especially if it’s important or work related.

The people here are kind but they don’t actually open at 8:30 am, there have been numerous occasions where I’ve come 10 minutes after opening and everything is still locked up.
