When I didn't receive a copy of the Final Statement, requested a copy and found that the numbers were significantly in error. Immediately emailed to notify Dustin of the error. No response. Monday, emailed again. No response. Tuesday. No response. Called. Couldn't get past the gatekeepers once I identified the file but they promised a return call. Hah. Called again and got the Area Manager. Explained the situation and she said Dustin was aware and working on it and would disburse on Wednesday. It seems obvious they over disbursed to the seller and were trying to get the funds back BEFORE correcting their own error. The worst? This experience involved BOTH the Branch Manager and Regional Manager.
