Based on my experiences with other shipping companies in private franchises, not only is this unexpected, but it’s something that really was exceptional It was unexpected in a way where it really put me on my heels of appreciation. And it’s not just one person. It starts with the franchise owner who puts in the elbow grease and just an incredible team who care about people who walk in that are willing to connect and engage with them I’m truly touched, so I thought I would leave a review in that emotional state.

When I went to the store, they told me that the order was not mine, even though my name, home address, and all the information matched. The staff treated me very poorly and did not even listen to what I was trying to explain. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience with UPS.
