  Their sister recruitment firm LHH got me a job. That was nice. However, shortly after starting I discovered that Adecco had forced me off of my insurance plan and onto theirs despite declining the coverage. This resulted in the physical therapy appoints, consultations, and other medical appointments that I desperately needed to walk again be canceled since they were not in network. When I called about the issue, the rep gave me no answers. After asking more questions, the rep hung up and then blocked my number, which I'm technically their employee. It wasn't until I sent in numerous tickets through their portal that their HR department finally reached out to me. Argument ensued and when I asked "So you guys set up an insurance trap then?" The HR lead said "yes." Naturally I was stunned and the phone was hung up. I was stuck paying $320 for an insurance plan I declined. When I asked for where I signed that I wanted this insurance, they sent a document that had no signature. They'll find you a job only to trap you into this insurance scam. I'm sure they'll read this and have an excuse, but this is what happened. Those looking to find work through a recruiting agency, please be careful with these guys. Also, they lied about the length of my contract with the temp job I had, in other words, I was out 18k. Stay safe people.

  I am a supervisor at a company that has an established relationship with Adecco Staffing, and I am submitting this feedback based on my direct, day-to-day experience managing your placed candidates. As the person responsible for overseeing these individuals once they arrive on site, I have repeatedly encountered the same issues: candidates who are not punctual, show little to no initiative, lack a sense of urgency, and display unprofessional attitudes in the workplace. These are not one-off situations — they reflect a consistent pattern across multiple placements. What I find equally frustrating is that when these concerns are raised with Adecco recruiters, the response is to make excuses rather than hold the individuals accountable. As a supervisor, I rely on staffing partners to support performance standards, not undermine them. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Adecco Staffing to any organization looking for reliable, professional candidates.
