- AFAztrid Fay2 days ago1.0Very disappointed with the delivery drivers. Ready to report to cooperate about this problem. While I'm not the only person to complain about this, something needs to be done. Our packages never get delivered. Always some excuse that is never valid. We have a huge white box just for packages. Its a few feet away from our mailbox which is on the road. UPS FedEx no problems delivering packages to our address. Its only the USPS packages. I'm going to give them one more try then I'm going to cooperate to complain. I've tried to complain in person at the post office but the employees that work there never seem to care. They need new management and employees that actually care about their jobs. There are a lot of people out of work right now that I'm sure would love a job. Think about it guys. Do better.

She does not deliver my packages using excuses as customer wants to pick up or drive not accessible ( when it is - rural drive and she knows that's the type rout delivery she took) to cut her route deliveries. Sub carrier is great - she delivers and no problem with drive. The reason for ordering IS THE ITEMS DELIVERED AND THE DELIVERY /SHIPPING IS BEING PAID TO HAVE IT DONE. UPS delivers and Amazon should go back to them rain, snow, Sun and clouds my package is delivered by UPS or sub carrier.
