- HVHeidi VanWinkleJan 31, 20255.0This post office accepts mail and manages PO boxes, lock changes, etc. Carriers for Tenino are out of Centralia Annex but the Tenino Post Master is very responsive and knowledgeable to help with any delivery issues or questions. I've never lived anywhere that I've been on a first name basis with the staff like this but I enjoy this team and know I'll get an answer and more than just the usual run around. I've worked with them for both personal and business mail needs.

Customer service is awful! Rude as well! Was told by Chehalis USPS they never got the stop mail order from Tenino USPS!

Yet, I am required to go into town, wherever the post office is open, and collect my own packages 📦. I constantly get mail in my box addressed to other people. I have made complaints about this and even left a message for thee. No response.
