Many times they were supposed to open the door so we could get our mail and often the door was locked or they were late.. one day I sent off 4 packages that they kept for a week (never knew they were being held) for apparently being off weight. When I asked why my packages weren't shown a tracking # they informed me that they were overweight (I own a scale purchased from the post office website) I immediately took my packages to pine, they weighed my packages and said they were perfect!! MLK post office even wanted to charge me for bringing my packages up to the counter to be scanned in.. this place is rediculous !
