- KWKristi WingardJun 24, 20261.0What really got my goat with this postal office is the fact that they shut the window down promptly at 5:00 p.m. irregardless of how many people are in line or how long they've been in line for they don't care 5:00 they shut that window. What happened I two customer service especially out of federal employees they couldn't be any more blatant in their disregard for customers
- RRRabinJun 22, 20261.0My wife and I both took time off work and coordinated our schedules to bring our young children to this location today for a scheduled passport appointment, only to find a notice on the door stating that appointments were canceled. We received absolutely no email, text, or phone notification prior to arriving. Managing schedules with a little one is difficult enough, but to waste our time and PTO due to a complete lack of basic communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If an office must close or cancel appointments, notifying the scheduled applicants beforehand should be the bare minimum requirement. Completely unacceptable customer service.
- SMSkylar McHargueJun 12, 20264.0If you are making a passport appointment just be aware that they will cancel the appointment without contacting you at all. Staff was super nice though and they gave me the contact information for Pierce County where I was able to call in and be seen same day :)
