The place feels a little dingy, but the staff are always helpful and friendly.

I am sick and tired of this post office. My son came up here for a few months to help me recover from major surgery and he had some mail sent up here. Instead of the mail being delivered, they arbitrarily decided to return the mail, a VERY important document, to the sender "because the name wasn't on the box". This letter was time sensitive and is now going to cost my son extra money! What the actual hell? It isn't your job to make decisions about what mail gets delivered to which box, your job is to deliver mail to the address on the label regardless of whose name is on the label! If I want something mailed to me with the name of Jacques Cousteau or Taylor Swift, you better damn well deliver it to my address! Who are you to decide what mail gets delivered or not? This same post office has routinely put the wrong mail in our boxes, the apartments constantly have round robins of knocking on doors to deliver people's mail to them because of the wrong mail being put in the wrong box. But that's perfectly acceptable behavior, right? Not to mention parking in disabled parking zones. This post office is utterly despicable, it should be closed, the employees fired and banned from ever working on the taxpayers dime again.

I was recently at the USPS in University Place and I am shocked to see this score. Everyone was super nice. Really. They were. What is up with the bad scores? We need to fix that.

This post office is usually a headache. Today they ran out of freaking stamps!!! Mind blown! Asked where to go, 2 clerks said maybe Proctor or Pine. Thanks for nothing at all
