- LLLAJun 2, 20261.0The staff is nice, but they are frequently short staffed. For example there's 15 people in line right now, however they only have one employee assisting the public. In addition, you can't skip the line to knock on the door to pick up your mail bc the sign says they are short staff and need to stand in line. This is quite unfortunate 😕

I specifically asked to have the package sent to another USPS office using the Hold for Pickup service, but the clerk ignored the request and processed it as a normal delivery. As a result, the mail is now being returned to the sender. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I would give zero stars if that were an option.
