Management and Staff are uneducated on the laws and regulations for the USPS poster 7, failure to provide a safety of their customers.their is a YouTube video showing them allowing a armed man in their post office. Will say Jeremy was trying his best to be professional

Nice staff but they seem to be understaffed.

I was just watching a First Amendment Audit video today on YouTube from 5 hours ago, 4/14/2026, by I.A.M. Free Inland Auditing. I was pleasantly surprised. Jeremy was awesome. He was polite and friendly. The auditor had one “Karen” interaction. She eventually left out the back doors and drove away. This one man was walking through the parking lot armed. There is a law and several signs that state there are no firearms on postal property. He was testing the waters by confronting the auditor. The armed man claimed “curtilage”- that’s a 4th amendment thing. He is/was misinformed. He insisted that he could carry in/on postal property and had the firearm on his right hip. See photos below ⬇️. Outrageous! Consider the source 🙄.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Parkland Post Office. I came in to mail important letters and was met with unnecessary attitude right from the start. One employee (who mentioned being a Navy vet) read my address incorrectly and immediately told me it wasn’t valid and that he wasn’t going to help me. Instead of checking or being professional, he was dismissive and rude. Another employee, Melody, stepped in and backed him up with the same incorrect information. Both of them were confident, but completely wrong. I’ve been mailing letters my whole life I know how to write an address. What made it worse is that after things calmed down, the same employee who refused to help me ended up processing my mail anyway without questioning the address again. And guess what… every single letter was delivered successfully with no changes. So the issue was never my address it was the way I was treated. Customer service like this is unacceptable. Rude, dismissive, and quick to give out wrong information instead of actually helping. Do better.

I really like this post office. The staff are friendly and professional, and there are almost never long lines—they manage to serve customers efficiently. I usually see two counters open when I visit, which helps keep things moving smoothly. I have something to compare it to, since I used to live in Kirkland, where the experience was very different: long lines and staff who were not very willing to help. Overall, this location provides a much better and more pleasant customer experience, and I appreciate the service here.
