I never had my package stolen or lost before until now especially when I’m home to receive it or I have family member to grab it for me. So it either they have someone who stealing packages on the job or not doing their job right. Would not recommend getting your package delivered by them ( I already did a claim and spoke in person about my packages)

- LLlucieFurrMay 26, 20261.0Their delivery drivers have put my mail in the wrong box multiple times and of course it got stolen. I had two packages get delivered into the wrong mailbox and was told to go door to door to find it. No corrective action was done, obviously, or it wouldn’t have happened again. I’m fed up with them and am lucky that I have another address to send my mail too because these people are incapable. Do better.
