- DCDiana COct 6, 20265.0I've only ever been to this facility a few times but each time the staff was wonderful and absolutely got me in and out in no time. Today there was an older gentleman who was very sweet and talkative. The staff member handled his transaction, didn't rush him or scoot him away was still engaging and polite. That's the kind of service I admire and will keep me coming back to any place. For that I will wait a few mins longer no problem.

- WSwill stevensonSep 23, 20261.0This distribution center is just horrible. My package was sent out 3Aug and ended up being a return to sender back to my location. It reached the Tacoma distribution center 17 Sep and has been just sitting there ever since. Im sure it will come up missing.

Rudest customer service ever seen in my life don’t think they gonna greet and treat you like human been .All you get is just with loud voice that “Unacceptable “disrespectful to customer with no smile, cold face that what u get.Don’t know how she get that job others people out there are way better. If you don’t want to do your job just stay home.
