I DO NOT recommend getting your passport application done here. To put it frankly, the lady behind the counter is rude for no apparent reason. She needs to get another job if she talks to people like that. Check out the Seattle Customer Service Centers for way better customer service

Worst post office experience I've encountered in years...and my last sub par experience was here also...Tacoma Distribution Branch...The 3 smaller post offices I usually use have more staff working the front counter than this Tacoma office...That wouldn't be hard to beat having just 1 person serving customers would do it...

Large location. After arriving, you need to stop for a service. They say what door, you get up on the door, unload it, the paper will be in the trailer. I was quickly unloaded.

I think people at this place need help with more employees 🤔 one teller for every body in line it took more than 30min and they have 4 cubicle why no more people are helping to move the line quickly 😉
