I provided clear delivery instructions, including a request for the driver to call upon arrival so that I could provide the required signature. Despite these instructions, the package was returned to the sender. I have been waiting for this package since June 18, and it is frustrating that my instructions were not followed. I also provided detailed information to assist with the delivery, yet I continued to receive notifications indicating that no signature was available. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the delivery instructions were disregarded and what steps UPS will take to prevent this type of issue from happening in the future. This experience has been very disappointing, and I expect better communication and service regarding packages that require a signature.
