If you’re helping one customer, why would you stop what you were doing with that person to assist someone who came in after the customer you are working with? It makes no sense. I had a reason to go a second day in a row, and she hollered at me to use the kiosk. The kiosk doesn’t work, and the manager walked out knowing there were people standing in line. I guess customer service isn’t the priority here.
