  I’ve used this Fedex location for about 5 years now. I think it’s the best option in Tacoma. Staff is knowledgeable, they’ve always answered my questions, and helped me with shipping. That’s exactly what I expect out of a shipping office! FedEx prices are high, but they have no control of that. This is my go-to location.

  I was dreading taking a very large package (80 lb, 72-inch) to FedEx to ship back to the seller. As predicted, I was struggling to put it on a dolly outside when Shauna (FedEx Superhero) showed up, lifted it, got it inside, and gave me my tracking info in about 2 minutes. When I thanked her profusely, she simply said, "That's my job." Thank you, Shauna! Whatever they are paying you, it is not enough.

  I had an amazing experience at this location! I came in to print programs for my mom's funeral, and Shauna was so kind and thoughtful, and walked me through all the steps to make this a reality. I'm a little intimidated by technology, and was so grateful for the clarity of her communication and ability to complete the order in a timely and costly manner. The quality of the programs was excellent, and Shauna's work speaks volumes for this FedEx Office location (and on the ability of businesses to build community and treat people with respect)!

  I just wanted to send a thank you and a great review to Shauna and the team at FedEx office in Tacoma. After trying to print at the library that closed at 6:00 p.m. I sent a last minute print job to the store. I called desperately and right away Shauna sprung into action to get everything printed for me. When I decided to do self-service on the laminator she lent a hand even as time was ticking towards closing. I watched her balance four customers at closing time and still with a great positive attitude. Thanks a thanks again, Shauna!

  I have had multiple print projects varying in difficulty completed through the Mildred Street FedEx location over the last week, and the level of service has been exceptional. Shauna has been instrumental in helping coordinate each project, including several fine-tune adjustments along the way.
