- GGGMABAug 20, 20261.0Refused to let me pickup package because I don’t have a id or billing to show I live at the address. I showed my order receipt and conversation with the shipper to pickup here that shows my address and name on package. But guess they don’t allow that.

- HHHamadAug 12, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I went there to have passport photos taken for my kids, and unfortunately, the service was terrible. The ladies working there were extremely rude and unprofessional toward me. I expected basic courtesy and customer service, especially when I was there with my children. The experience was frustrating and uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this location based on the way I was treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the customer service issues with the staff.
