I personally prefer the vibe at a smaller post office as opposed to a larger one though and the staff here is highly efficient, helpful, patient and kind, regardless. I’m grateful to have them so close to where I live here in Suquamish.
- TMTania MarieMar 24, 20175.0🌟 A small, no-frills, local PO with knowledgeable, efficient, helpful staff. One of the best around! We have had serious problems and frustrations with the USPS. Our Postmaster and his assistant have been tenacious and effective in fixing the problems. I see a lot of negative reviews here, mostly complaints about sorting (which is done in Tacoma and Seattle, not here) and delivery drivers. These are not relevant to the Suquamish Post office itself. Here we have experienced people who do a great job of helping any customers who are willing to work with them and not treat them like doormats. Anyone who thinks the wait times here are bad has not been to another post office in a long time. Even with only one or two staff working the counter, customers drive here from other towns to avoid the lines in their own local POs.
