- HBHeian Brandan2 days ago5.0Came in here twice for passports at different times.. First one was for myself and I had the asian older guy help me right away and he was very nice and accommodating. Second time i had the older white lady and i forgot some paperwork for my baby, but she was VERY patient with me (I was so embarrassed bc i forgot one thing) but she assured me everything was ok and printed it out for me. Im horrible with names, but i appreciate both so much! Its stressful getting passports.
