- DADaniel AleksandrovJun 16, 20261.0Unreliable info on passport walk ins. On Thursday they told me walk ins occur at 10:30. Next Tuesday I came in and they told me to wait til 10:45. Then the guy at the service yelled at me, telling me it didn't start until 11:30.

"uh, we don't have the keys, and we can't change the box number, come back in two weeks, cause the only person able to get these keys is gone for two weeks (single point of failure, USPS... checks out). You go back on 6/12, to "uh, yeah, sorry, we don't have any keys for that box and the one person who can get the keys is taking a personal day." If you want a peek under the hood of what the epitome of Government work looks like, go no further than USPS in beautiful Sumner, WA.

I am currently missing a package that is important to me. I confirmed it has been sent. Who knows where it's at. Time for Post Offfice to go to the private sector. I requested to speak with supervisor at Summer location. I was told supervisors were at a meeting. My phone number was taken by desk staff (their request) for a later call back. Never received a return call. Three more pieces of wrong address mail dropped into my mail box in last two weeks. Yet Amazon can deliver a package to my front pouch in less than 24 hours.
