Shipment status as of today: On the way, but may be late. When calling their 800# (2 frustrating calls) customer service would only repeat "We do not show item was received by their facility". Clearly they have, would not transfer me to management, would not reach out to Tacoma or Sumner facility for resolve and hung up on me. Very disappointed - all the way around. Terrible service!

When they did arrive to deliver my mattress, the two gentlemen were incredibly courteous and professional, and more importantly very quick.
