- TTTKMay 2, 20261.0I’ve been a proud co-op member since I turned 18. My mom was a co-op member before then. I am so disappointed in leadership’s decision not to support workers and their unionizing efforts. I won’t be giving them anymore business until they change their practices.

They never sent an email to notify me so I waited a full week for an item I needed immediately. They're charging premium prices for very poor service. Their chat is fake, you can't reach a live agent. I wouldn't recommend a business with such poor infrastructure and service.

However designed the plan, clearly didn’t take the consumer into consideration. Good luck on sales! You need a full time guide walking with you at all times to find products. No isle grid exists. It’s a mess!
