After weeks of emails trying to figure out where the rug was we received an email that they returned it because our address doesn't exist. Total nonsense we have deliveries everyday. No call no email nothing to us from AIT to get it delivered. And good luck getting them to answer the phone.

- MCMakhog ChanMar 17, 20171.0The worst delivery service ever. First they make an arrangement for a four hour arrival window two days in advance and then they don't show up and they never call. I called the office to find out what was happening and was told they could not get hold of the driver. After five hours of waiting, I left the house. They called fifteen minutes after the sixth hour to tell me they were fifteen minutes,away but id already left the house. The following day, no one seemed to know what was happening with my package and the lady who picked up my call very impatient and rude, even slammed the phone in my ear. I hope I'm never as unlucky as to have anything delivered by this business again.
