Not open on weekends at all. Terrible operation hours during the week (when everyones working). My packages are almost never in a parcel locker, theyre always holding them in the back. Then they always return my amazon packages because I dont pick them up same day theyre delivered. Ive had to transition to using more Amazon Lockers or having important packages delivered to friends instead of trusting this office. Ive had many PO Boxes in my life. This office has provided me with the #1 worst USPS experience of my life. Inconvenience and inconsistentcy all the way through. 🥲 I wish I could give -5 stars. You should have a pigeon deliver your mail instead, it would be more reliable. I WANT TO PROVIDE SOME CLARITY ON THE MIXED REVIEWS: The people working behind the counter are NICE and cordial. They have never given me attitude, been rude, nor treated me poorly. This office is simply NOT doing its JOB. I dont know if its the post master or the employees but they are not providing a convenient or effective service. They are either incompetent, need formal training, or they don't care about fullfilling their duties once you've walked away. You can be nice all day but it means nothing if you can't do your job right.

If I could give it 0, I would give it 0, they never came to my address to deliver the package, and I was waiting for it all day, I went to the office to look for it and they did not deliver it to me because it was in the name of the company, I had already lost a package with them before, I changed the name so that they could find the address faster and it came out the same, they did not deliver anything to me and I will lose that package

If I could give this place a negative stars rating, I would! Had a letter sent from Helena, Montana to Sultan, Wa. Took more than 2 weeks to travel 600 miles. No inclement weather occurred. Then we recieved notice indicating that an attempted delivery of our certified priority mail letter had failed and it was sent back to post office. Notice indicated attempt to deliver at 7:00 AM. Was in my home waiting for a knock on the door...nothing. Went to post office. Husband went in. He was told that the notice he received was a fraudulent scam!!! That the post office does not text people regarding parcel tracking!!! It's not there. Went home. Checked tracking. Acquired my daughter. (SHES MEANER THAN I AM!!!) Went back to post office. Different person behind the counter. It's not there. Asked them to have their dispatch contact the driver to have them locate the letter. Was told ONLY the post master can call drivers. OK. Where's this post master? Oh, they're not here. Well when will they be here? They're on vacation. When will the driver return. Don't know when they will get here. Needless to say the situation devolved to the point we informed the staff worker that they were going to call US by a certain time that day and tell us where the heck this letter was located. Muki the post office staff member did call us. We had to return to the post office to get the letter. Absolutely not impressed at all!
