I wasn't told this before the picture was processed, but apparently they have something posted in the building. So I paid $15 for something I didn't want. I wish she had offered to snap a picture on my phone... I don't have a white background at home which is why I made an appt for the picture.

Went for biometrics/ fingerprints and the hours are walk-ins only Monday-Friday 9am-2pm, so save you a trip because we went after hours and they wouldn’t serve us. Lady was kind and told us about the timings. If it’s for the FBI background check make sure you complete and pay the $18 on the fbi website to get the barcode before you go! Hope this helps makes a hard process easier.
- BKbethany koundsMay 6, 20261.0Don’t dare come after 5:10! They’ll make it clear that you’re a real pain in the butt. It’s happened several times to me now. Today I arrived at 5:18 and, as usual, the person behind the desk was pissy. One time they even turned me away just before 5:30 saying they were busy closing they couldn’t take anybody. They are consistently rude and bitter if you arrive between 5 and 530. It’s really messed up.

We made a mistake on our paperwork and she was able to help us out. The location itself is a little rough, the lobby does kind of smell like urine but once you get in there Michel was awesome!
