- DBDeanna BlomstromAug 26, 20261.0Wouldn't even give 1 star if I had a choice. I took my 16-year-old son to the post office so he could mail a few packages. He had QR codes for the labels and was very polite and respectful the entire time. The first lady at the counter was on her phone, texting and playing games, and refused to help him. She simply told him to go to the next counter. When we got there, the second employee seemed annoyed that he had QR codes and pointed to a small sign on the counter saying they don't process them. My question is, how would a customer know that before getting to the counter? My son was doing exactly what he was supposed to do and was treated rudely by both employees. He was 16, polite, and simply trying to mail his packages. I was so frustrated by the way they spoke to him that I had to walk away before I said something I would regret. Customer service should never make a young person feel like they're doing something wrong when they're simply trying to get help. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Been going here for years because it’s the closest physical location. Decided a few extra minutes or miles is worth the effort to avoid this disaster of a post office.

- BJBettina JordalenMay 28, 20262.0Unfortunately they do not provide digital passport pictures... even though I clicked the link for "digital photo appointments" on the USPS website. I wasn't told this before the picture was processed, but apparently they have something posted in the building. So I paid $15 for something I didn't want. I wish she had offered to snap a picture on my phone... I don't have a white background at home which is why I made an appt for the picture.
