- SFStewart Family Farms5 days ago1.0Today at about 1:30pm on 8-29-26, an Asian women that works behind the counter and has three times now messed with my mail and the interception of my mail, did so again. In the Spring I had a priority brief to send to The Robert F. Peckham courthouse in San Jose for my business that I paid to have sent priority. She was so rude and purposefully so; as soon as I left I looked at my husband and said, "She will not mail that today, I am driving there". I got in my car and drove over 1,000 miles and filed the brief myself. My literal livelihood depended on it. And good thing I did because she did not send my package out that day and it made it there two whole days after the USPS guarantee. Her attitude is abysmal and the way in which she speaks to other human beings is appalling and her misery is on full display every time I must deal with her. Furthermore, she encouraged me not to fill out the proper forms for my po box and I should just "trust" her that my mail will arrive. The other two women working today are always helpful and never give the strife this lady does. Three times now she has messed with my life by messing with my mail. Please do better USPS! See picture of me in April in front of the RFP building with my paperwork I drove 1000k plus miles to file in person because USPS isn't trustworthy

I was also loving to be able to go anytime, even after hours to you their self kiosk, but I noticed that lately during their close hours you can't even get into use it. So that's been massively disappointing I don't know if it's temporary or not when I go back there I will ask someone. Other than that I've always had excellent service there minus one time that was years ago and it's very clean the parking lot could really use to be updated though that would probably be my biggest complaint next to right after not being able to have the self kiosk at any time

But now something that is supposed to arrive by the 18th doesn't arrive to the 26th and sits in the local post office for 4 days. Because it is a government D.E.I hiring rules. Now they hire people that can't even count to 10.
