Blew in here the other day, stressed. ALLAN made me immediately feel I wasn’t alone in my business dilemma. So incredibly kind (it’s a rarity in customer service/and I work in customer service ). LARRY jumped in at one point and finished up the issue I had. You guys are awesome. I really mean that. Life is stressful enough. Thank you so much! 🤩

First of all after reading all the reviews I can see now that I’m not the only one who feels this way about this particular postal office, they don’t even deserve one star after the way I was treated. I went there to send a package after leaving UPS because unfortunately, I was told I had to go to USPS due to the scan that was sent to mail the package. When I got there, I was told rudely by some guy with an attitude that I needed to tape the top of the box before It could be shipped. I asked the man if he had a piece of tape he could put on top of the package. He tells me he doesn’t have any tape. I look over on the counter where another man is working and I said there’s tape right there can’t you just give me a piece of tape to put on top of the box. He says no it doesn’t work that way then the other guy jumps in and says that’s how we make our money. I stood there in disbelief like are you kidding me right now? This is the United States Postal Service which is predominantly funded by the taxpayers like myself. Not to mention as if the cost of a piece of tape is going to make them a lot of money, unreal. If this is the kind of service the post office has reduced themselves to what a shame. Needless to say, they would not help me. I had to leave And now I will have to go back to another post office because I dare not go there again to ship this package.

I like the staff and the service they provide but this store needs an after hours self service kiosk like there are in other USPS locations elsewhere in this country...

New employees are inconsiderate and rude. We keep getting mail to an unknown person, and the employee was downright hostile when I asked him to remove the name from our mailing list. Only proving the point that the USPS needs to be privatized, they are enabled to be useless by our taxpayer dollars
