Friendly staff in the post office. Always busy but seem to always be friendly:) & my mailman that delivers my mail its like clockwork when he delivers usually the same time.

First experience at a USPS in Spokane and wish it could be my last. I will never use this office again, even in an emergency. Unbelievably rude, passive-aggressive, unprofessional behavior from the older (short) man with gray hair and glasses. Don't know his name but it's probably a shortened version of Richard. Pretends to be professional and even says "have a nice day" after he knowingly was rude and gave poor service. Sorry that I arrived 15 minutes before closing but your doors were open, there was no one in line and my needs could have easily been handled in that time. I was polite and friendly but he chose to cut me off multiple times while speaking, ignored my questions and pretended he didn't hear me. His behavioral dichotomy is actually very disturbing and I question if there is something wrong with him. When trying to address my second issue, he asks what zip code is involved and then says with a fake smile, "oh, sorry - we can't do anything about that here. You'll have to go to another post office" (without telling you which one to go to, of course). Pretty sure that would have been the answer no matter what zip code I gave him. You wouldn't last 30 seconds on any team I was in charge of, sir, and I can see from all the negative reviews here that many of us are talking about the same person. I can see why my mail is being mishandled. We're too rushed trying to leave work early to get to our narcissist convention.

This place is such a joke. The supervisor was incredibly unprofessional. He raises his voice so I couldn't speak and cut me off more than once. They dont deliver my bank statements for my credit card, Ive complained for almost a year about it. Now I have fraud on that Card. Instead of hearing me, instead of any problem solving he actually scolded me. I should sign up for another Online Banking account and manage that so they dont have to be responsible in thier job. Mind Blown. He complained I was there for 10 minutes, yes I was waiting for you (not that I mind waiting for him); and you cant listen for 2 minutes. I dont know what to say if you dont like it, but mail is important (and your doing a job for pay to be frank about it).
