This post office has the worst customer service I have ever had. Part of my business has items that need to be shipped out so I often times have upwards 20 packages that need labels printed for shipping. It’s not always like that, though and every single time I have been into this location I have had a gentleman with glasses harassed me about it because it jams the printers. I’m sorry, sir but I’m paying for a service for my business and I don’t need to feel guilty about going to the post office because you don’t like to deal with a jammed printer. The other gentleman who works in the middle is fantastic so nice so caring but the way his coworker whomever he is talks to him is downright horrible The way that this man with glasses speaks to customers is downright degrading and he obviously hates his job so maybe he should go work elsewhere. I would not even give this one star due to the customer service. United States Postal Service, you need to do something about this guy read the other reviews and do better. I will never use this facility anymore and I’ve started using FedEx more because of it.

First experience at a USPS in Spokane and wish it could be my last. I will never use this office again, even in an emergency. Unbelievably rude, passive-aggressive, unprofessional behavior from the older (short) man with gray hair and glasses. Don't know his name but it's probably a shortened version of Richard. Pretends to be professional and even says "have a nice day" after he knowingly was rude and gave poor service. Sorry that I arrived 15 minutes before closing but your doors were open, there was no one in line and my needs could have easily been handled in that time. I was polite and friendly but he chose to cut me off multiple times while speaking, ignored my questions and pretended he didn't hear me. His behavioral dichotomy is actually very disturbing and I question if there is something wrong with him. When trying to address my second issue, he asks what zip code is involved and then says with a fake smile, "oh, sorry - we can't do anything about that here. You'll have to go to another post office" (without telling you which one to go to, of course). Pretty sure that would have been the answer no matter what zip code I gave him. You wouldn't last 30 seconds on any team I was in charge of, sir, and I can see from all the negative reviews here that many of us are talking about the same person. I can see why my mail is being mishandled. We're too rushed trying to leave work early to get to our narcissist convention.
