  I have been going to this location since they opened years ago. Apparently, there's a new owner/manager. I had to get a very small package out and overnight it which I knew would be expensive but couldn't be avoided. The package was the size of a legal sized letter. Before I left the house I checked the price and, online, it was $78 dollars. Unfortunately for me my printer was out of ink so I had to use this store. The final cost was $140! I was blown away. I guess the "franchise" owned stores like this one charge anywhere from 30 to 50% more than online, according to research online. Well, just so you know this store is at the highest end of the range so if I were you I WOULD NOT let them print the label and package any item. The person that helped wasn't super enthusiastic and unengaging. If I were charging those kind of prices for a package, I think I'd be a little more polite and kind. The manager was standing next to her and apparently the person helping me was struggling with how to charge me. The manager said that she should have measured the package, "like I told you" in a rather condescending tone. How a manager treats their staff is a direct reflection of how you're treated. Must be hellish to work there. I'll only go back if I absolutely have to and that is it. Good luck!

  Sara did a fantastic job helping me at UPS Store 0957. She appeared to be fairly new, but she was attentive, moved quickly, handled my package with care, and clearly wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. When a technical USPS requirement came up, the supervisor’s response was less supportive than I would have expected and made the interaction somewhat uncomfortable, but Sara handled it exceptionally well. She stayed composed, courteous, and focused on helping me. As a business owner, Sara is exactly the kind of new employee I would want: someone who cares about the work, asks questions rather than guessing, and remains professional under pressure. She deserves recognition.

  I normally try to avoid leaving negative reviews, but after having the same experience multiple times, I feel it’s important for the owner to be aware. I actually go out of my way most days to visit a different location because of the way I’ve been treated by the staff here. Unfortunately, that wasn’t an option this time, so I stopped in. I always try to go in with a positive mindset and give the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, the experience continues to be the same. The interactions often come across as condescending and dismissive, leaving you feeling like you’re an inconvenience or that you should already know the answer to whatever you’re asking. Customer service shouldn’t make someone feel uncomfortable or stupid for simply needing help. After experiencing this repeatedly, it no longer feels like an isolated bad interaction—it feels like a pattern. If you’re looking for friendly, respectful service where you feel welcome rather than like an inconvenience, I would recommend making the drive to another location.
