  I stopped in shortly before closing to ask about having a manual printed that I had spent quite a bit of time putting together and needed fairly quickly. The gentleman I spoke with wasn't rude, but I also didn't feel like there was much interest in helping me figure out the best printing option. When I first asked about printing services, I was immediately directed to the self-service printing area, where customers handle the printing themselves. I explained that I wasn't particularly comfortable with the equipment and specifically asked about having Staples print the manual for me instead. I was told their print department had a large number of jobs ahead of mine and that it could take up to three days, so I would probably be better off doing it myself. I completely understand that I came in shortly before closing and that an existing workload is an existing workload. I wasn't expecting anyone to push other customers' orders aside or magically produce my manual that night. What was disappointing was the lack of effort to explain my options, help me determine what would work best, or make the process feel a little less intimidating. Sometimes customer service isn't about being able to give someone exactly what they want—it's about being willing to help them figure out what is possible. Nothing about the interaction was terrible, and the employee wasn't disrespectful. It was simply underwhelming enough that when I need another substantial printing project completed, I'll probably look elsewhere.

  I went into Staples to make copies of some pictures and papers. The gentleman who was helping me was very nice and tried to answer my questions. I was told it would be over $20 for only 10 copies, so I decided not to go through with it. My bank had already placed a hold on the money, so I simply asked if that money would be returned since I wasn't going to print anything. The gentleman called over a female manager to help answer my question. Unfortunately, she was very rude and unprofessional. She insisted that money had never been taken from my bank, even though I was looking right at the transaction and tried to show her. I didn't need to be told that “things are expensive nowadays.” I wasn't complaining about the price—I was simply trying to find out what would happen to the money my bank had placed on hold when I decided not to complete the transaction. I ended up going somewhere else and paid about half the price for even more copies. I really appreciated how nice the first employee was, but the manager's attitude and the way she handled the situation completely ruined my experience.

  If you have an Amazon order that needs returned then this is a great place to do a quick easy drop-off. Other then that I've never shopped here .

  Recommend going on Sunday it was very quiet about 8 people in the store an only 2 people ahead of me in the ship back to Amazon line of course right now all back to school deals are going on
