  I needed a large photo printed during a very busy time (around graduation and the pride parade) and despite the obvious stressors on the associates, Sawyer provided excellent and friendly service. Our interaction really made my day! Thank you Sawyer! 😁

  The so call "tech help" didn't want to help. Kinda helped but wanted to have an excuse of..."I only work on computers". Well then the sign should say computer questions only. Someone in customer service and a supervisor so he says. Doesn't just watch a person struggle in front of them and then leave the area just to not assist. Also gave the wrong aisle number. But you know. Great help Staples on division in spokane.

  Amazing staff, Pat greeted me as soon as I walked in, walked me to what I was looking for chairs, ask if I had questions I ask about big and tall chairs he showed me I told him I was going to look and try them out. After about 5 minutes later Richard came and checked on me I told him the chair I wanted and they found me one in a box. Wheeled it up front after i purchased it they even took out and loaded it in my truck

  This place is such an awful location they always make you feel like your pressure to get something or they make it so that you feel like you're not welcome or you're not appreciated. I came in to send off a return to Amazon here and they refused to give me any sort of receipt they said that they no longer do that that they used to but they just don't now. They were very frustrating and not very helpful the least they could have said is sure I will sign a piece of paper that says you drop this off or maybe offered to let us take a picture of them holding the item literally anything that they could have offered to try and make me feel more comfortable would have been welcomed but instead they turned me away telling me basically to deal with it. There's a reason why I never ever will shop at Staples on division!

  I came into this Staples location this evening to print graduation items and ended up purchasing balloons after a helpful printing associate pointed out the graduation section. When I brought 8 balloons to the balloon counter, the manager sighed in annoyance and immediately told me they were closing in 15 minutes. His tone made it clear that helping me was an inconvenience. I even said that if it was too much trouble, I didn’t need to get them, but he still acted irritated while calling another associate over to help. The associate who assisted me was extremely kind and professional and had no issue helping me at all. The rest of the staff deserves 5 stars, but the manager’s attitude left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcomed. Customers should not be made to feel like a burden for asking for service during normal business hours. I doubt I’ll return to this location because of how the manager handled the situation. We left before they closed and there were still other customers in the printing area. From the pictures from other reviews it was Jordan who was annoyed I was there. The other associate who was kind helping with the balloons said he was the manager and having a bad day.
