  As a Realtor it is important to me (for my client's sake), that title and closing are smooth processes throughout a real estate transaction. I've used First American Title for years and have always been happy with their services. Shawn Burdette is a top-notch closer working out of their Spokane Valley closing office. She has has always been super helpful and a pleasure to work with!

  First American Title provided us a Mobile Notary Person to sign our documents, therefore we did not have to travel to their home office in Spokane, WA which is a 3 hour drive. The Notary person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

  Most pleased with their attention to detail and keeping me informed on all phases of movement towards closing the loan. Ability and willingness to work with me through utilization of mobile notary which kept me in place to take care of my professional responsibilities while having ease of mind the process of closing contract wouldn't have a delay or even be cancelled due to timelines. Highly recommend them and their services to anyone looking for an organization built on integrity and delivery.
