  Multiple mistakes and poor communication from Diane Southworth had made our experience horrible. Do not recommend dealing with this office and escrow officer.

  Do yourself a favor, use a different title company. Seller chose First American Title to close with and in my experience, the communication here was severely lacking. I called a week in advance of our close to get the closing details, left a voicemail, no response, sent a secure message, no response, called again two days later, no response, sent another message, no response, called the gal's assistant the next day and then finally received a call that they didn't have my closing documents, and this was 4 business days from closing. Also they said they would have my closing check a couple days after funding and its been 10 days now, still haven't heard anything. I guess its time for another round of phone tag...
