- KSKevin Strope6 days ago1.0Got there shortly after opening. Doors were open but no employees. Waited about 30 minutes for assistance and pressed the bell for service multiple times but nobody came out. So I wasn't able to purchase postage and get my package sent off.

It just keeps saying "sorry I didn't get that. Is there anything else I can help you with?" I've said 'fingerprints!' 37 times and been involuntarily returned to the main menu a dozen times. How frustrating!
- SSSaraphinaJun 22, 20261.0Whoever the large woman with the snaggle tooth is that works front desk needs to be fired or re-trained in customer service. Walked in to pick up a package and when I told her that, she stared at me like I was crazy… then very rudely started asking the questions to find my package. Holy crap I was in there for .2 seconds and she immediately was horrible. Off the bat I was very kind to her but after her attitude it’s hard to stay friendly.
