- BBBrandi BeerSep 24, 20261.0USPS IS A JOKE! I have a 5X8 envelope and they want to charge over 16$ because I have a postal sticker from 2016 (it wont come off), so they said I HAVE TO SEND PRIORITY. Then they said it'd be cheaper to pay for THEIR envelope and send it for 10$. Not to mention 1 person only working in the front. THEY SHOULD ALL BE SHUT DOWN! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE PEOPLE!

He operates with transparent hostility, making it abundantly clear that he resents the public, his responsibilities, and his employment. The environment he creates is so unnecessarily toxic that I now drive miles out of my way to the Valley branch just to receive basic, standard service. Management should be embarrassed to have someone who treats paying customers with such open disdain representing their establishment.

They did not assist me in trying to figure out a label situation and didn’t know how the process of printing a label worked through THEIR website.

Bald guy with goatee is not friendly and acts like the customer should know exactly about usps services before they come in to mail a package. 📦 I was interrogated, which was flustering haha, with so many questions about my package 📦 I have never been asked before. I mailed three cards that needed stamps to my girlfriends and he didn’t ask me if I had a preference in which stamps. He abruptly said are these gift cards?? I said no, just cards. He put a Bruce Lee stamp on them because it says on my receipt 🧾 Bruce Lee stamp, he didn’t even take the time to ask me if I liked the stamps he chose to put on my cards that I was paying for!! Ridiculous. Just all around rushed, rude and extremely impatient with me. It should be a pleasant experience coming into this post office but I always dread coming in here. I am never surprised about how painful it is to interact with the post office staff. They are always off putting and bothered. It’s unfortunate because kindness goes a long way in life.
