Never smiling, never happy, and ALWAYS a complete and utter jerk. This is my assigned post office, and till still go out of my way to drive to the next one for staff that doesn't overtly hate their job and the people they're paid to serve. Not to mention they're constantly delivering mail to the wrong addresses in our neighborhood.
