Clearly, they are not happy with there jobs and are miserable with there life choices because there taking it out on the customers. Please hire a new crew that have better customer service skills.

There might be three people working but at the front counter it seems that they only have one maybe two people most of the time even when there’s long lines it appears there’s other staff available but they don’t come up and help.
