- JTJustin TullockJul 29, 20261.0Drivers never deliver packages to my door or the leasing office. They simply tell me I have to pick up my packages at the office every time a package comes in. That is always extremely inconvenient and the line moves incredibly slow.

Typically when mistakes like this happen, nothing happens. This wasn’t the case with Brandy. She called me, apologized, took accountability on behalf of the courier, and made it right, even staying late so I could pick it up instead of waiting for it to be delivered in the morning. Thank you for making a poor situation considerably better!

- CCChristopherJun 13, 20265.0Postal clerk was nice and helpful. Love waiting in line with greeting cards to put a smile on my face, especially at Christmas time. The place is clean and tighty, but I think the mob job wasn't timed very well. The place opened today at 9a and the janitor was mopping shortly after. My advice is to create a greater barrier between the postal works and the public/private sector. Safety and unnecessary vexing overlap is minimal when the post office does their duties without meddling with their customers affairs. The floor was wet and slippery and the janitor seemed like he was about to go postal. Yikes!
