  After a lamination mishap, my original 80s movie poster had been in a way, ruined. Things like this happen sometimes. Very big thank you to Matt and the Staples team for custom designing and printing me a replica poster. This was no small task to replicate and Im very appreciative for the time of everyone involved. It looks incredible. I would definitely recommend their printing services. If you intend to laminate: my poster was absurdly large; with that , keep in mind laminate wrinkles can happen and if it’s something you care about… dont risk it … frame it! lol

  I use a printing company for my business needs, but there have been several occasions where this Staples on Indiana has saved my bacon. Fast, friendly, helpful and competent, the staff know what they are doing and let you know how to get things done the way you need them done.

  I needed to return an Amazon item. They fished a box from their bin, packaged up my return, and handed me my return receipt. It was quick and very easy!

  When I went to drop off my return at the copy and print center a tall younger guy grabbed the box scanned my phone and then said you’re good to go. I immediately felt strange because I did not receive any sort of receipt or proof that the return had been made. I went to my car and waited to see if Amazon would show that the return was received by Staples however, this did not happen right away, so I decided to go back in the store and ask for my receipt that it was returned and the guy told me we don’t do that anymore. So I asked him are you sure about that and he replied yes I’m sure we don’t do that anymore. It’s all digital. His replies were very short and rude. I stated that he could steal it and I would have no proof I returned it. I also stated that it was very sketchy not having proof it was returned. He began to laugh at me, and the assistant manager came over and attempted to calm the situation by explaining why the process is the way it is now. She stated they had no control because Amazon made it this way. I have a hard time believing that no proof of a return can be given when my wife has made returns and other locations and proof is always given. I have always had proof from staples. While I understand that everything may be digital sometimes we need proof just in case there’s a problem with a return possibly an issue that arises that we have no control over and having printed documentation helps us in case there’s an issue in the future. I started to get slightly upset because the employee that was there was laughing at me in front of a customer. I said to the assistant manager that they needed to get rid of that guy because he has problems and he shouldn’t be laughing at customers. She agreed that shouldn’t have happened however, nothing was done to stop it he just continued to laugh at me as I was walking out of the store. This employee should be written up or let go. It is completely inappropriate to treat a customer this way.
