- RKRussel Kibler6 days ago1.0Spent 20 min tojust pick up my mail. There was only one customer at the counter. After taking my ID he proceeded to the back wheel I could hear the attendant in a conversation with some one else. It wasn't until after I asked for my ID back, and being antagonized I got my mail and ID. Very unprofessional from a customer's point of view.. Had i known there was someone else line between me and the customer in front of me. I would have came back when I was in not such a hurry.

Bringing an elderly disabled person to file some paperwork that has very limited mobility. Yet, these people couldnt be bothered to assist. Hard earned tax dollars paying a waste of space.
