Couldn’t figure out his job enough to come to a solution with me. Don’t come here if you need to mail something during an emergency. They will be totally rude, brush off your concerns, and make you feel like you’re overreacting to their terrible customer service.

People were INCREDIBLY rude and mean to Tom and Mark. I couldn’t believe it. Yet, Tom continued to treat everyone with respect and address them in his usual calm and respectful tone. I don’t know how he maintained his composure and professional baring. I feel really bad about the things they went through while I stood in that line and watched people asking ridiculous and condescending questions. I also feel inspired to conduct myself with unwavering composure like Tom.

In our building, we have a system where the parcel is left in a special locker, and the key to it is placed in my personal mailbox. Today I arrived, took the key out of my mailbox, opened the special locker — and it was ABSOLUTELY EMPTY! My parcel was simply not there! How could a situation like this even happen? The key was with me, the locker was locked, but there was no item inside. This raises huge questions about the reliability and security of this delivery method. My mood is ruined, my item is lost, and my money was wasted. Please look into this situation, find my parcel, or refund my money! Using this delivery service now feels completely unsafe. I would not recommend using this service to anyone!
