- KAKayleigh AJun 8, 20261.0This store is awful. A few months ago I submitted a request and had to follow up with them multiple times, then they didn’t even print it correctly. I tried again, they were more prompt but then I went to pick up and they weren’t open during their stated business hours. Finally went during a time they were opened, but they lost my print order. Then they tried to re-print with me there but the printing machine was messed up, after all the waiting I just had to leave. I’ll never use this place again.

Due to the delay, I had to retrieve the package and personally deliver it to a UPS location to ensure it was processed. I am a Notary Public who facilitates real estate loan signings, and it is critical that these documents reach their destination in a timely manner. Delays of this nature can impact funding timelines and client expectations. This is the second time I have experienced this type of issue, with a similar situation previously occurring involving a FedEx Express package. These repeated service failures are concerning and create unnecessary inconvenience.
