BUT, when everyone i talk to is having the same bad experiences with the front counter staff, then something needs to change. The PostMaster needs to have a talk with these people about basic customer service. This time, they lost a package and were rude and very unwilling to make any effort to explain or help or track it to find out where it went. Absolute indifference!
