  My mom came here yesterday around 4pm and the lady was super rude to her, asking her how she was gonna pay and that it was too expensive for my mom, super disrespectful and judgmental women. My mom left because the woman made her super uncomfortable, of course it can be afforded, will not be returning here!! RUDE EMPLOYEE!!

  UPS and USPS at Edmonds and MLT would provide much better experience. Waited 10 minutes for dropping off a package. The staff was very slow to process the two packages for the customer before me, while the other staff just kept doing their own thing. When it was my turn, the staff questioned me why I didn’t use the kiosk, which is only capable of printing a label that the staff can also 1-click print when you drop off at the desk, because you have to get back in line and drop off at the desk anyway 🤷‍♂️ I hope I understand it wrong but that’s what the staff said.

  I love this place. Super fast. And the people are 9 times out of 10 helpful. Only once did I have an employee force me to use the kiosk when there was no one else in line. Most of the time they are friendly and know its going to be fast and why not be kind to a customer? The star removal is because its a dangerous parking lot. Like, no signage, no paint directions, people whipping in and out to go to the bank or fedex or Costco. They should really paint some directions and add signs and make sure the trucks are parked where they do not block the view of people getting out.

  If the self-scan and print label worked every time, I would Not be standing in line here every week. You get a generous 2 stars .. for the days you are nice and helpful. Today was not that day. Zero stars for both employees that snapping at me about shipping a $2 Pokémon card, and a $2 BackStreetBoy CD. No Sir, No Maam. I did not pay for a $2.50 bubble mailer in your store to ship something the post office has been able to deliver, without damage, Since HORSEBACK times! For LE$ Get it together FedEx and learn some customer service. This location's Many 1 star reviews are just SAD. I gave you 2 stars out of empathy, but I'm gagged for the lady who couldn't get 1 resume printed. Btw, I'm standing in line at Walgreens now to use them for FedEx drop off. It's also bad. That's why O have the time to share. In conclusion, FedEx is paid to deliver an envelope or a box. I'm recycling so I can afford to sell $2 and $3 Pokémon cards. Guess you don't want the business. Try to be better.

  So I knew they closed in like 10 minutes. I just wanted to print out my husband's resum. The lady working was rude and made me feel uncomfortable even being in the building. Which I am sure that's what she wanted. With everything I said she would answer we close in 10 minutes. I said I just need to print out my husband's resume she would say we close in 10 minutes. Im not sure she knew any other words then we close in 10 minutes. So I didn't get it done. Thanks lady you are not a professional and only care about yourself and getting off work. I will never recommend anyone for this place. I've always gone to staples I guess that is the place to go to. You were so rude. I will never be back.
