- JCJustin ColemanAug 5, 20261.0We have dealt with many mail carriers over the years with no issues and none of them have been as terrible as these people. Please change the staff so we can get our mail we have spent thousands of dollars fixing our roads even installing mailboxes at the front of our road just for them not to deliver. I've personally watched the current mailman deliver packages to our neighbors and still completely neglect ours as its some type of personal vendetta we are not aware of.

Every interaction I’ve had with the employees here has been met with rudeness, poor communication, and a complete lack of basic courtesy. Customers should not have to feel like they are a burden just for asking questions or trying to get help with a service they rely on. Professionalism, patience, and basic respect should be the minimum standard for any public-facing workplace. When an entire office consistently fails at communicating with the people it serves, something needs to change. The USPS is funded to provide a service to the public, and offices that repeatedly fail to treat customers with dignity should face serious accountability. Training and customer service standards need to be addressed before more resources are given to locations that cannot meet the most basic expectations.
