A friend of mine and I just left the post office basically in tears. The woman helping us was absolutely awful impatient rude and just made us feel like a complete inconvenience. My friend is from Jamaica. We weren't sure how to mail a XXL package from the United States to Jamaica. It was a long process there was an in-between place we needed to mail it to and instead of helping us this woman huffed, PUFFED rolled her eyes. The first words out of her mouth, in a snarky tone with her eyes rolled back into her head, "If this package is over 70 lb I can't mail it"! Thank goodness we have just left a private shipping company over by Oasis. Whom were INCREDIBLY helpful, kind and even helped us move this giant package back into my car but had suggested going to the post office because it was going to be significantly less expensive. We weren't quite sure how to write the address on there it's not every day we mail a giant box to a shipping company in Florida and then having to mail it again overseas. She wrote the address pretty big. As its a huge box. Anyways. This lady is literally laughing in my friend's face at this point but in a sarcastic are you stupid tone making her co-worker come over and look at she, ask her are we running you're day? "No you're not ruining my day. I've just never seen anything like this". Long story short we didn't get it the Box mailed. It's the lady with the flowers tattooed on her arm. Whole experience was super uncomfortable. I feel highly racially charged. Gross

The postal workers have the worst attitudes ever. They're lazy, incompetent and have more authority than they should. They all need to be fired and replaced by automation. This isn't one time, this is always. Plus, the postal service should be sued. If I could rate the post office properly.. -100.

This Post Office has a true small-town feel that you just don't find much anymore. The staff here is beyond kind—honestly, they are kinder than kind. I go in pretty often to pick up mail that doesn’t fit in my box, and at this point, they know me by my face. It’s a great feeling, especially when you’re having a bad day, to walk up to the counter and have them tell you that you don’t even need to pull out your ID because they already know who you are. Whether I’m picking up a package or just buying stamps, they always make it a positive experience. If you want a place where people actually remember you and treat you with respect, this is it. Best staff in town.
