- BHBlane HummerAug 20, 20262.0Stay away from Annette. If you can get anyone else to help you, you should do that. Annette has worked there for years and today I went in there and asked for a quote on sending a package. I had a bubble wrap in my hand. I was sending something back to Bulgaria. She told me I didn’t need the bubble wrap and that a flat rate bag would be cheap cheaper. She quoted me at $50. I went back an hour later and was gonna send that package, but I ended up getting the other Worker a really nice asian lady. She instructed me to get a bubble package near the waiting line and told me it would be cheaper than a flat rate package. The bubble package ended up saving me $10. I think Annette knew that and just wanted me to buy the flat rate. When I asked her about it, she said she didn’t remember me and brushed me off but I was just in there and I know she remembered me. I really did not appreciate her lack of Customer Care. She did not have my best interest. I asked for the cheapest method.

The black female staff member was extremely rude, which appears to be a recurring issue based on other customers' reviews. She lacked even the most basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I genuinely do not understand why someone who has been reported so many times for the same behavior is still working here.
