Eddie is clearly very good at his job, efficient, helpful and was able to help us solve our issue of changing our mailing address to a new building that wasn’t in the system yet. He should definitely get a raise

The Asian women that works there is very rude with customers, she doesn’t have patience she will just act very rudely, I don’t know why this type of people works in customer service they should be fired, I just saw how she treat an old lady that was dropping a package! Very bad attitude and felt so sorry for the old woman because she clearly had some language barrier and this person treat her horrible. I wish there was a way where we can put 0 starts because this women is just AWFUL!

Pretty bad customer service. Not very helpful and they seem to hate their job and pass on that attitude to us. Specifically a worker named Eddie.

I use this branch a lot and almost everytime one of the 2 Asian ladies give me hard time! one’s name is SOO, she’s is super rude, always talking so aggressively to all the customers & I can’t remember the other lady’s name but she gives the same attitude. They’re both not qualified to do this job.

Other customers have already written negative reviews about this employee, and now I understand why. Hyeogyin, the Asian staff member with glasses, provided some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. She was impatient, dismissive, and appeared to treat customers differently. Simple procedures took an unnecessarily long time, yet important explanations were skipped. When questions were asked because the process had not been clearly explained, she responded with obvious irritation, sighed dramatically, and spoke in a way that felt condescending and hostile rather than helpful. Customer service requires patience, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, those qualities were completely lacking. It is especially concerning that multiple reviews have already raised similar complaints about the same employee. Management should pay attention to the repeated feedback and take meaningful action instead of allowing the same issues to continue. A post office should be a welcoming place that serves the community with courtesy and professionalism. This location is failing to meet that standard.
