They are literally crazy about batteries here. Take them out of the toys if you can. Spent about 15 minutes looking up the batteries in my led poi, only to tell me no. Line was out the door, only 1 person working. Do your own research. Most of the time this place is great.

Usually go to this location when I have to pay. Usually at a semi fast place about to get in an out in a timely manner, and semi decent parking depending on the day of the week ,

Came here today with a QR code for two labels. Staff member says "I can only print one label with one QR code". He didn't even try. He just kept repeating himself when I aaked why I was only sent one QR code for two purchases. So I took a 40 minute round trip to USPS Wedgewood and LOW AND BEHOLD I could print both labels with one QR code and zero training. Not my first time experiencing drama from this guy. Won't be wasting my time in here again.

Confusing payment system and rude customer service. A payment screen came up, I tapped my card. Then a "customer service survey" comes up. I complete that and then am asked to pay again?!?
When I mentioned how confusing this was and that I had already paid, the employee disregard anything I said and I had to pay (again?) without a price on the screen. Maybe it's just an issue with the payment screen, but it's confusing and employees could be nicer about it
