I didn't catch the name of the employee who helped us, but the young woman with the cool braids handled our huge international shipment really well and helped explain how everything worked to us (impressive, considering how frazzled we were after packing up everything we owned that day). She was very patient and friendly, and made a stressful experience much as smooth as it could be.
