- JMJunk MailJun 15, 20261.0I love USPS but this location specifically has rude and unhelpful staff. They didnt tell me mailers cost money when the location in Ballard has free bags. Super frustrating especially considering I mentioned the Ballard location having free bags for returns. They also randomly got rid of the blue drop box outside only to replace it weeks later so conveniently this location never has what I need.

The staff are nice but they close an hour for lunch and it's literally random as to whether that lunch will be 11 AM, 12 noon, 1 PM or even 2 PM. So unless you can come between the hours of 9-11 AM or 3-5 PM, prepare for a game of roulette.
