Over the course of 3 days with no one picking up the phone, finally my knight in shining armor emerged from the fog and picked up the phone. i was speechless and for a min i had forgotten why i was calling in the first place. not really sure why they even have a phone number if its answered 1 out of 100 times. keep up the good work!
