- HCHeather CampbellJun 14, 20263.0I would give them a 1 star because the long was SO long on a Sat afternoon, but it wasn't totally their fault. An idiot who lost his tracking number and wanted to find out why his package hadn't been sent back to sender, took over 10 minutes of the postal workers time! He made several calls to credit card companies thinking they could help? The worker should have made him move aside and let the 9 people waiting in line go first! I'm disabled and can't stand long without it causing severe pain and I'm still suffering 2 days later. Ugh! People...

Robot said it’s outside their hours of operation, and that they close at 8PM. Online it states the close at 6pm. Regardless, I called before either of those times - no answer. “Outside of their hours of operation”. Usps is a joke
