- JJJacktoday1.0I’m extremely disappointed with their mail delivery service. I was expecting an important Priority Mail package from USCIS. It should be common sense that government mail like this can be very important and time-sensitive. Unfortunately, they delivered my mail to the wrong location, and I never received it. Losing this mail caused me so much stress, trouble, and hardship. I went through a really difficult time because of their mistake. The same thing happened to my friend, but luckily, someone found his mail in a neighborhood mailbox and returned it to him. I feel like their delivery staff are not taking their responsibilities seriously. People depend on USPS to deliver important documents safely and correctly. One small mistake can cause serious problems in someone’s life. I honestly don’t know what else to say. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I hope they take these issues more seriously in the future.

If I go on a weekday, it’s super fast and easy to use this post office due to the diagonal parking spots easy to get in and out of. On a Saturday, I’ve only had to wait a minute or two to park. I’m glad this is my local post office!
