- RRRyan Riggins1 day ago1.0I see why this place has terrible reviews. The old Asian man working here is very rude. It’s just a USPS job, not sure why he is so mean and rude to people. Won’t come back to this location ever again. How can they employee people like him?

- EJErik JohnsonAug 12, 20261.0I hate to leave a bad review for a post office because I love the USPS, but if you would like to hand-cancel important mail, this is NOT the branch to go to. Not only did the employee I spoke with not allow me to hand-cancel my mail, she gas-lit me that there was no such thing and was quite rude about it. Before I could grab my mail to take to a different post office, she grabbed them and through them into the outgoing mail bin. Overall, a pretty not great experience.
- AZA ZJun 27, 20261.0Truly the worst Post Office of all the North Seattle post offices. The manager in particular is a piece of work and makes it her mission to make sure customers suffer and never want to return. Replacing her would improve this place immensely, but several of the staff are also unfriendly and incredibly rude to the point I see a customer getting upset almost to the point of tears EVERY TIME I go here. There are maybe two people who are helpful, both asian women, and they deserve to be at a better branch. This post office loses mail and gives packages to the wrong people all the time, but check the ID of every person of color- I have never seen the manager or the male clerks ask a white customer to prove who they are. Go to Greenwood or Bitter Lake instead!
