After being told at Wedgwood post office that they could not issue my PM express refund that was not delivered by the guaranteed delivery date in their local office and unavailable online, I was advised to call USPS Customer Service who could. The USPS agent told me I was given incorrect information and advised me to request a refund online or go to a local postal office for an in person refund not necessarily Wedgwood. The postal clerk at Lake City was efficient and well informed, issuing my refund after having me complete a refund form. I could have saved time had I gone to Lake City office first.

I hate to give a bad review but this one really deserves it! If I could, I would give a Zero star rate. I purchased a money order at the Lake City Station, 3019 NE 127th St, Seattle, WA 98125 in January but never used it. It was endorsed already so no bank would accept it(obviously) so I brought the Money Order back to that location today, 4/15 around 9:05am to retrieve the funds from it. The employee was adamant that the only way for me to recover this would be "cashing" it and he didn't carry any cash?? Didn't give me the option to place a stop payment on the Money Order by filling out the USPS Money Order Inquire Form available on Google, nor gave me any other solution for the $120 that would be lost. I am a bank manager and I know that neither my bank, nor any other Bank will ever accept a money order issue by another institution that is already endorsed (so, payable to someone else), to be negotiated. I am really frustrated because I know there must be a solution to recover these unused funds but this employee simply don't care enough to try and help because is not his money. He needs better training before telling people there is nothing he can do to help. He was upset for having to assist people(must hate working there). I don't know his name but it was an older asian gentleman.

Staff got a little cranky with a non native speaker. Utilitarian office, not frill in sight.

Worst customer service, I’m not sure why there our employees working here. Might as well make it all self service. They don’t want to do work and rather turn you back in line instead of helping you. Be preppy to waste an hour if stop by if you send with them.

Rude + attitude for absolutely no reason. Just asking a trivial question about shipping triggers them. They make it very clear that they don't want to be there, and that they don't want you to be there either.
