- TTtaylorAug 15, 20261.0The clerk Chris should not be in a client facing position. He daily demeans, yells at, and ridicules customers. I’ve witnessed it and experienced it close to 100 times. This is not something that can be trained out.

Chris, the older gentleman who has worked there for years, screams, yells, bangs his hands, berates, and freaks out on regular customers multiple times a week. He has zero fuse and will pick on anyone who crosses his path. I drop things off here for my job in the same neighborhood multiple times a week, and thankfully we do prepaid labels as I never have to directly deal with him, but I regularly see him treating people with disdain for no apparent reason. Raising your voice at people many times a day 40 hours a week is totally insane and unreasonable. I don’t really understand how this place stays in business or how management has kept him employed. Once saw him yell at an elderly man.
