- ICIl-Kook ChungMay 7, 20265.0I visited for notary services. The owner was very calm and reviewed my paperwork thoroughly. He even accommodated to my needs to have non-signature pages with initials that was not necessary in the US, not required for other countries at which place I need to submit the notarized document. As others have mentioned, he’s not a very smiling person, but has his job done nicely.

The representative who answered (Brian or Ryan) was difficult to understand and did not communicate clearly. When I asked how long they could hold my package, he became frustrated and ended the call abruptly. I remained patient and was simply trying to get basic information, so the interaction was disappointing, especially given the communication challenges.

I asked twice and he refused twice. The clerk was busy watching what seemed to be training videos, so I am not very confident in this location. Other locations I have used seemed more competent and have always provided receipts.
