  Waited 20 min today for the place to open at the listed 9:00 AM opening to drop off a package before I had to go to the airport… Eventually, I had to leave.

  Terrible place to get boxes. They wanted $50 for 5 boxes. Go to U-Haul instead and save yourself the headache.

  I had to return a heavy box of dinnerware. As I reached the store, saw the door with a PULL sign which can’t be open if you have heavy box in your hands. Luckily some good people were passing by and offered to help with the door. Can something be done about the direction this door opens in since people might have heavy boxes to carry through it? The staff is super helpful once you reach the counter. Deducting one star for the door.

  The low rating is due to inaccurate posted hours. I brought a package to the store at 6:24 p.m., when the store was empty and the posted closing time was 6:30 p.m. I was refused service and told that packages must be dropped off by 6:20 p.m., despite the posted hours indicating the store was open until 6:30. The discrepancy between the posted hours and the actual service cutoff wasted my time. If package services end before the store closes, that should be clearly posted online and at the store. Otherwise, the store should honor its advertised business hours.

  What is the point of this place? A UPS store that can't keep track of UPS packages or print UPS labels without exorbitant fees? And the staff are generally useless even for simple inquiries. No thanks all around.
