- KKKyleApr 30, 20261.0Would not take my package return for Amazon because they are a franchise store Edit response to owner: the package was adequately covered, the UPS store in Wallingford was very helpful and took it as is, just needed the label taped on. I'm disappointed with the customer service at this location and will not be back. Every other UPS location has always been willing to help, i was shocked at the abrasion at this location. If your thinking of coming to this location i would highly recommend any other one in the area because this one created problems out of nothing!
